I'm viewing a client's diary, but I can't see any information
Your client's diary might not display data for the following reasons:
- Your client may not have added any foods to their diary. Ask your client if they have entered any foods into the app.
- Your client may not have signed up to their Easy Diet Diary account. Instructions for your client on signing up
- Your client may not have signed in to their Easy Diet Diary account. Instructions for your client on signing in
- The email address your client has used to sign up for their Easy Diet Diary account might be different to the one you used to send through their invitation. Ask your client which email address they have used to sign in to Easy Diet Diary and send an invitation to this address.
I've opened a client's diary and it does not include nutritional information, only food descriptions.
If your client has recorded foods but no quantities, the nutritional information for each food will not display.
